Thomas J. WickmanMr. Wickman is President of
Legacy Capital Partners, Inc. and has spent the past 40 years in the investment business, with the past 30 years at
Legacy Capital Partners. While providing leadership and vision for the firm, Tom's primary role is portfolio management and ongoing investment counsel for Legacy's clients.
After graduating from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Chemical Engineering in 1964, he spent four years with ALCOA. He changed his avocation to his vocation when he joined the investment banking firm of The Milwaukee Company in 1968. While there he taught stockmarket investment courses at the University of Wisconsin. In 1970 he joined the investment-banking firm of Kidder Peabody Inc. (which was acquired by General Electric). He joined Legacy Capital Partners, Inc. in 1979 (formerly W. W. Wuesthoff, Inc. and Wuesthoff | Wickman, Inc.) as a vice-president and became president in 1993.
During the period of 1964 through 1981 Mr. Wickman completed advanced studies at the New York Institute of Finance, Belleville College, the Alexander Hamilton Business Institute, and the College for Financial Planning.
